Vern was friendly, punctual and professional. He went above and beyond by answering all my questions and acquainting me with my gas fireplace. We had just moved in and needed to know how to run it. He showed me how to get into it and told me lots of information that I would have never found out on my own. The furnace inspection went well. He discussed upkeep and showed me various things to watch out for in the future. Vern also gave us a requested quote on an AC install for next spring. We have scheduled an install of a replacement part for the furnace for tomorrow. Nice availability! Thanks Vern!

Excellent service. Vern Malpass, with assistants, showed up exactly on schedule and although it took a little longer than estimated the installation went smoothly and professionally. Had one call back about a week later. Compressor was shutting on and off too quickly. Called Vern, who came by almost immediately and realized the problem was the refrigerant had been overcharged in the system. He fixed it in about 1/2 hour and no problems since. I would definitely recommend them again. AAA was one of five AC quotes I got that week before deciding on AAA. Three factors sold me on the Maytag AC unit (actually made by Nordyne Industries). First was the price. Believe AAA had the smallest markup on the equipment itself. Second, the Maytag unit was rated as very good quality, was a two-stage system (more efficient). Third, quality of workmanship of AAA along with licensing info was all excellent.

"Darren was great to work with and they were great in staying in touch....They were quick and efficient with two working on it. One did the electrical and the other worked on the installation of the unit...Both were nice and worked very quickly to get it done... Really felt he was looking out for my interests and safety...They are just getting started up and for the price I think they did quite well."
